Established in 1688, our brewery has over 330 years of history. Our company philosophy is to make a sophisticated sake using Omachi cold spring water (listed in Japan’ s top 100 waters) and best sake rice” Omachi” produced locally in Akaiwa.This brewery shone in three large worldwide sake competitions achieving first place, with the highest marks, in the Monde Selection in Belgium, the IWSC in the UK and the BTI in America. Omachi rice was discovered over 150 years ago, produces sake with a particularly delicious flavour.

創業1688年、330年以上の歴史の有る蔵元。地元赤磐産、幻の酒米「雄町米」と日本の名水百選「雄町の冷泉」仕込水に用いた“ こだわりの酒造り” が信条。世界3大酒類コンテスト「モンドセレクション」（ベルギー）・ＩＷＳＣ（イギリス）・ＢＴＩ（アメリカ）にて、日本酒部門最高得点の第1位に輝いた蔵元です。弊社使用酒米「雄町米」は150年以上前に発見された原型種で、特有の旨味の有る酒質が特徴です。
