Musashino Distillery, established in 2019, is the first craft gin distillery in Saitama. Driven by the desire to share the nature and culture of its hometown Kawagoe with the world, it was built by renovating an old bamboo charcoal warehouse. Using a custom-made Japanese still, pure soft water drawn from the Chichibu Paleozoic strata, and botanicals partly cultivated on-site, the distillery is dedicated to meticulous craftsmanship. In addition, within its grounds lies “Miraiku no Mori,” where botanicals are grown and a circular, eco-friendly environment is fostered, reflecting the distillery’s commitment to sustainable spirits making.

武蔵野蒸留所は、2019年に設立した埼玉初のクラフトジン蒸留所です。「地元川越の自然や文化を世界に発信したい」という思いがあり、築年数のある竹炭倉庫をリノベーションした蒸留所で国産オリジナル蒸留機を用い、秩父古生層の軟水や自社栽培のボタニカルを取り入れた丁寧なものづくりを実現しています。さらに敷地内の「みらいくの森」では、原料植物の栽培や循環型の環境づくりに取り組み、持続可能な酒造りを目指しています。
