Tokyo Port Brewery, established in 2011 in Shiba, Minato-ku, marks the revival of a craft sake brewery in central Tokyo after more than 50 years. Located near Tokyo Tower, the brewery features an on-site restaurant where guests can enjoy freshly brewed sake paired with seasonal cuisine. Specializing in small-batch production, it emphasizes freshness and aroma in its junmai and limited-edition sake, crafted by blending tradition with modern techniques. Welcoming both locals and visitors, it offers a unique opportunity to experience a new urban sake culture right in the heart of Tokyo.
