In its founding days, the brewery was surrounded by a forest, where the sound of rustling leaves was said to resemble the footsteps of a dancing Tengu. This inspired the name "Tengumai."

Brewed using Tengumai’s unique Yamahai shubo method, this sake fully brings out the rich umami of the rice. It features a rich aroma with a clean and crisp finish.
